Hi amyella! Thanks for coming by my journal. I found out that my grandfather has pneumonia. He supposedly got fluid on his lungs from meds he was taking after his knee surgery last week. So, he should be ok. PHEW!!

As for my Lucy, may baby. I'm taking her to the vet this afternoon. I am so nervous and anxious. Sad to say, but I hope the vet finds something wrong.

BTW - congrats on the squats! I need to start doing free squats. I guess I'm too comfy with the Smith machine or DBs which I can't hold for very long. Oh well.

Have a good one!

-Aimee

It just keeps raining and raining. I wanted to stay inside with jammies on watching TV and drinking tea.

But, went to the gym and did chest and shoulders although I was very weak today, felt drained. Not sure what my problem is:

Incline db press 20#x10x3
seated chest press 30#x8x3
arnies 10#x8x3
rear delts 40#x8x3
bosu abs
r. chair abs
20 min cardio - treadmill

diet feels pretty good. Already have a half gallon of water under my belt today, another half gallon before i leave work - no problem. I'm craving soup, not sure if BF would consider that a hearty enough meal for dinner though.
