Does anyone have the recipe to make the Atkin's Mix? Also does anyone have a recipe to make the Atkin's quick quisine?

The recipe for a substitute bake mix has been posted several times. Try using our search engine - just click on

at the top of the screen. It helps to confine your search to the Kitchen:Low carb recipes area, and search posts, rather than threads. You could try searching for Atkins' quick cuisine, too.
