Talking Stomach Ache

This is my 16th day on Atkins and the bottom of my stomach is really hurting right know.

What could this be from? Would can I do to get rid of this? It feels like the bottom of my stomach is about to come out.


Please help!!!

keinabn, there's a nasty virus going around, it could be totally unrelated to LC. If it persists, I'd see a doctor.

I had stomache cramps this evening (far worse than constractions!!). I thought it might have had something to do with the ready cooked chicken I got for lunch.

I got rid of it with pain killers, a hot water bottle on my stomache, and keeping my knees bent up.

I'm only on day 5 so unless I get them again, I figure it was unrelated to the diet (unless maybe it could be an indicator of constipation or wind - sorry is that to graphic to post?).

Hope you're feeling ok now.

I have been on induction for almost two weeks, was feeling pretty awful at the end of last week, and was thinking that the diet was the cause-then it became quite clear that I had the flu.
Don't assume that it is the diet-it may very well be something else entirely!

are u eating enough fiber? ..That causes stomache aches on this diet..
