Default Advice on Scales

3 weeks on Atkins and doing well. My question. Are there any good scales out there? The cheap one I have is weird, if I lean forward the scale goes down and when I lean back it goes up. Just curious. How accurate are these cheap ones.

I have an inexpensive "bathroom" scale that weighs me at exactly the same weight as my doctor's expensive scale! Yes, it does fluctuate if I move, but if I don't, I get an accurate reading. I keep it in the bedroom so that it isn't damaged by moisture, and have had it for at least 8 to 10 years.
