hi Debi, and welcome
Partly it depends on how much you have to lose. Our wonderful webmaster Wa'il explained it very well thus : in terms of percentage, if you are really big and trying to lose 100 lbs, a 10% loss would be 10 lbs. But if you are smaller, and trying to lose say 20 lbs, then 10% of that is only going to be 2 lbs. Another thing is, your body could be recomposing itself, meaning, you are losing fat but adding muscle. Are your clothes fitting looser, and have your measurements gone down?? You did measure yourself, right????? ..
Technically, it's not considered a stall or plateau until 4 weeks of both no weight loss on the scale AND no inches lost on the tape measure.
For more ideas click on this article, Stalls and Plateaus . Also, take a look at Hidden Carbs to see if maybe you're eating more carbs than you think.
Don't be discouraged, this will pass. Stick with it, and keep us posted on your progress ..
take care,
Doreen
