Default Is there a separate place to keep track of water intake?

I looked and looked but didnt find a spot to "mark off" my water intake?

Maybe we just log it as part of a meal?

Please advise if anyone knows! Thanks!!!

There is no separate place for water AFAIK. I just add it as part of a meal.

I just put water as my Snack 3. I either update it thru the day, or enter in the evening the day's worth...

You could go to New Custom Food, and I've colored it blue, but you could enter it as a custom food, then add it to your favorites and insert as needed.
You will have to put zero calories and grams, then the oz of water you want as your standard. And then when you look at your nutritional for the day or month, it'll show your drinking water.. HTH

ETA: You could just add it (your standard) at Breakfast or your preferred meal, and edit the servings as you consume your water.

ETA again: There is a water, municipal choice. There's a well water choice too. I guess you can enter it however works best for you..
