Last week of Phase 1..amen!
B: Leftover chicken breast, 1TB mayo, 1 celery stalk and a cup of romaine lettuce
2 bottles of water
L: 1 veggie hotdog, 2 mini cucumber, 7 cherry tomatoes and a boccincino (mozza)
1TB PB
2 bottles of water
S:1 cup of coffee (decaf w/ splenda)
D:2 sausages (out of their casing), 1/2 cup of mixed peppers, 1/2 mushrooms, 1/2 onions, 3TB beef broth, 2TB cheddar (made a stir-fry)
1/2 yogurt mixed with splenda and cocoa powder
2 bottles of water
(sweet tooth is in effect...TOM is arriving...grrrr)
