Hi There Fellow Low-carbers
I believe that I read somewhere that TOM affects the ketosis strips. My strips have not even registered in 5 days. Do you think this is from TOM or I have fallen out of ketosis? I have not changed the way I eat since I started this WOL and I usually stay under 25 grams of carbs a day. I really want to lose this last few pounds so I'm hoping I don't have a problem here. most of us cannot turn a stick to save our lives at TOM (weird, isn't it? and I don't know why!) Don't fret, keep doing what has worked, and the pink will come back for you. (And next month, save the money and forget the stix during TOM. )
