LOL Thanks for the compliment. It is hard work I won't deny it but how great I feel now is sooooo worth all the aches and time of getting "fit". Enjoy the journey.

I have three weeks of Physical Therapy on my hand starting this week.

Once we get past that I get to see the Ortho again.

I think that I am going to try for January 2011 for the restart of the P90X.

Don't be.

Just put the disk in and push play, don't get crazy if you can't do everything. Its ok not to be able to keep up.

Right now I can't even do it due to my wrist.

P90X is just awesome and a complete system, yes it can be very hard at times, but if you stick to it very rewarding.

I cannot really do any pulls ups, i can use the bands, so there is always a different way to do things that will enable you to progress and get better, different way to do push ups and more.

You don't need to lift heavy couple of dumbells will work fine, some resistance bands and a yoga mat is all you really need.

I am not sure how low carbing and P90X go? this program is very intense, and when i am in ketosis i simply don't have energy at all?

Jessica, just do what you can. Every week you will see an improvement. Thinking back the first time I did P90X, I did the lean version and I maybe did 15% of the DVD. That was it. I kept pushing play every day. I would do thru the whole DVD doing what I could, altering where needed. Dang I even had to do push ups against the wall. NO WAY could I even do a pushup other wise. The warm ups alone kicked my butt. I couldn't do the jumping jacks without stopping to pee. It was a great journey. I finished the lean, the compleeted classic and started with doubles until life got way to busy. I am starting again in Jan!
