Am I in the zone? Check my meals please!
Breakfast:
1 whole egg fried in a little butter; 3 boiled egg whites
I peice ww toast with 1/2 Tsp PB
1/2 cup fresh fruit mix (melons, cantelope, watermelon, pineapple)
6 oz skim milk
Lunch:
1 apple
3 oz Grilled chicken(has fat)
salad made with greens, 4 carrot sticks, 1 tbsp honey dijon dressing(has fat and carbs)
Snack:
1/2 zone bar
Dinner:
Stir fry: bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, bell peppers, soy sauce (no oil), and 3 oz chicken(has fat)
1 orange
small side salad w/ catalina dressing (2 tsp) and a little sprinkle of cheese
Snack: other half zone bar
