Default What I found that helps me....

About two weeks ago I discovered that you can have your own journal here and I poked around other peoples journals to see what it was all about. I was very excited to read through them although I felt a little bit like a peeping tom. lol. So when I started mine I was pleased and surprised to see that people actually visit your journal and leave you messages. I love that! I've made a few friends and I love to visit their journals also, it's a lot of fun. I know I wouldn't be half as good writing down my menus on paper but I like my computer so it's fun. I love being able to see what other people eat, it gives you ideas too! My friend Laura (who is my friend in real life too) started a journal and we love visiting back and forth. I got a great recipe from Becki that I make every week. So what I'm telling everyone is.........start a journal!!! go visit other peoples journals!!

It will be fun to keep track of all your daily meals and thoughts and feelings and months from now you can look back and enjoy reading the posts.....

enjoy
Krista

Thanks for the suggestion. I am struggling with this maintenance thing (trouble finding my CCLM!) and I have decided that having a journal would help me through this tough time.
