Thanks for the thumbs up! I do miss my bread and pasta. I could live on protein and veggies if it were not for my bread and pasta cravings. This will help tremendously! I was buying bread from Julian's Bakery out in CA, but that is VERY pricey.
Yes, I'm new to the forum, but not to low-carbing. I am following the Atkins' program--but not the new one, the old one. The new one seems no different than Weight Watchers or other low-cal/low-fat diets. They don't work for me because I am totally addicted to carbs. And, it doesn't matter if they are white carbs, whole-grain carbs, or "healthy" carbs. My body craves them. So, I have to be very careful with my carb intake.
Anyway, thanks to everyone for their help and support! Glad to be here!
