Default Hi

I thought I'd check in and say thanks for the vote of confidence. I read in Atkins book about remembering back to when you were in the best shape you've ever been in. That would be when I was 18-I was 119. Now that seems like an eternity and something that is just unattainable at this point. I also remember a time when I was 135-when I got married. I had been working out and felt in really good shape. That is why I decided on 125. It's somewhere in the middle and if when I reach 140 again, I feel great. Then I will stay there, get used to the new me and move on down to my official goal, slowly. I totally agree that your body knows what it can and can't do.

Donnaj-I hope you feel better!

Dinky-thanks for the pep talk. I know what you mean-I look back at the 8 lbs I have lost and can't believe how simple it was to get here. That is the best way to look at it. Jessica is quite the sex symbol isn't she? You will look like that though, right?

Ruby-way to go! My dh wants to try the induction diet again for two more weeks. He didn't do so hot this time. We are done with the 1st 14 days on Monday. You'll have to let me know how it is going.

Well, my cold is finally leaving! Can't say I am sad to see it go. I am off to the gym Monday morning. WOOOHOOOO!

Natalie

Default Hi Natalie

Glad you're doing so well. I'm curious to see how you do on second round of induction. I've beenkinda stuck - loosing one pound a week barely. I have tried to just go back to the WOE without doing induction to start out. Even though I'm slowly loosing - I'm thinking of doing a week or two of induction to kick it up a little.

I would really like to drop another 5 lbs before I settle for 1 lb a week. I've always been the impatient type. But that's why I like this WOE - at least I don't have to starve to loose.

See you around
