CALLING ALL CARB CYCLERS,

I have read most carb cycling books, bodybuilding websites, Men's/Women's health magazines, but today I found this website it is fab!

http://stronglifts.com/anabolic-diet/

It has everything you need to know about carb cycling from A-Z!

I like that site- lots of good information.

I'm kind of leery of the 2 day carb load he recommends though. Does he go into specific carb amounts for the 2 days? After the first 24 hours de novo lipogenesis really kicks up and people end up storing their carbs as fat instead of glycogen if they don't control intake for the second day.

KJF,

Yes, I totally agree with ya. He really does the 24hr carb up, if you read further into his links (and not anymore). Yes, you are right about 24hrs. There is a thread on this site that members are saying they are on high carbing for about one week & they are losing weight. Then he further adds how the Anabolic state is really beneficial for your body/skin/health/etc.
