What about corn? Can you eat corn if you are on a yeast-free diet? I've seen sites that say yes, some say no. And if no, do you have to avoid any corn products, such as polenta?

Hi Lilah,
I avoid corn in all forms. Because it's relatively high in sugar compared to other vegetables, so could be feeding the candida. I have noticed a reaction to corn - I'm at the point where I am really sensitive to foods that feed candida and this is one of them, sorry!
I don't eat corn either. Its not even a vegetable, although we have become accustomed to viewing it as such.
Its a grain and I can't eat any grains because they cause intense cravings.
