Question about spaghetti sauce

Hey All!

I just had a craving for pasta, so I had homemade spaghetti sauce with meatballs instead! Is this ok?

Sounds good. Just make sure you count the carbs in the ingrediets.

hi Andrea

I read labels to no end..in fact shopping takes me an extra hr sometimes..lol. If sugar is one of the 1st 4 ingredients I personally wont touch it. I have used tomatoe paste cause there isnt any sugar listed and what U could do is just add water and spices to that and have with meatballs.
