Hi, I was just wondering if there were a way to calculate this or if you need to pull out a pair of calipers? Also does anyone find that the Atkins Morning Start cereal, the almond crunch in particular, stalls them? I've had some negative remarks about this but didn't get any back up on the reasoning behind it. Thanks a bunch

There are scales that calculate body fat, though not always correctly. I think there are even less precise websites where you can calculate with your weight/height/measurements.

As for the cereal... I don't eat any lc products, so I don't know. Sorry!

Hello! I have an account (it's free) at http://www.mybodycomp.com

All you need is a tape measure!

The bars can be known to stall some people, because they are sensitive to the sugar alcohols in them. Also, if you're on induction, I would try and keep it clean with whole, natural foods.

Take care!

Thanks I know the sugar alcohols in the bars have to be watched, I was referring to the cereal though, 8g carbs 5g fibre... I don't see alot of room for anything evil in there but you never know. This is week 7 or 8 for me, not concerned about being on clean induction anymore really but I'm keeping my carbs below 20. I'll check that site out Congradulations on the 70lbs and the quitting smoking by the way... I gained about 25 last year when I quit - still working on that

The cereal didn't stall me... slowed things down. If on Induction keep it simple and natural
