Default where does the weight loss stop?

I have lost so much weight with the low carb diet that I am under weight! 6 foot tall and 162 pounds.

how do I stick to this diet but not lose any more weight? ( I wonder where does the weight drop stop)

and still get healthy a1c numbers etc.

thanks all

Can you increase your carbs from veggies, berries and nuts? Keep a close eye on your blood sugar, of course. Add in small increments.

Add more fat. And make sure your protein is good for your new weight.

My plan, Dr. K's, says people can eat 3-4 times the grams of fat, per gram of protein, to maintain weight.

So if your protein is at 70 grams per day, that would be 280 grams per day of fat.

What are you eating?

I don't know much about BS101 diet, but it seems time to add back more HFLC foods to regain and stabilize. More cheese and nuts? Almond butter? Full-fat coconut milk blended with LC protein powder to make thick shakes? If only eating 3 meals, can you add a high calorie snack without raising blood sugar?
