Cruises will do that to you.. Consider yourself lucky to have only gained 2 pounds, I guess with all the walking and activities it keeps it kinda balanced. I didn't gain much either on our cruises and I didn't watch anything I ate, well I watched it but I wasn't dieting!
The best way to get back on is to just get back on and run with it. You can do it! Some times when we tell ourselves we can't, we can't. Start saying you can, because you can. You lost 17 pounds, seee....you can! Don't start tomorrow. Start now! Wrap your mind around it and you will acheive it!
