I cant say enough how much I love my new heart rate monitor. I'm seeing how many calories Im burning and am astonished. Gives me the craving to do a little bit more, a little bit longer and a little bit harder., and I feel so invigorated afterwards.

I have to shorten my cardio time since Im taking in fewer carbs for now. It sucks cycling... but it will pay off in the end with better endurance.
