Default Fats that Heal; Fats That Kill

I noticed an advertisement in our local newspaper last night on the subject of Fats that Heal, Fats That Kill. It was an invitation to see a Udo Erasmus, author of the Canadian Bestseller, "Fats That Heal Fats That Kill" speak at a local hotel here in the city. Has anyone heard of this book or its author. Listed below his ad are these points highlighted. 1) Why low fat diets don't work 2) How fats, oils and cholesterol affect human health. 3) Preventing and curing cancer, PMS, asthma, allergies, arthritis and others. Any insight into this author and his book would be appreciated. Would it be worth my while to go see him?

Hi Bonnie,

I've heard about him, he's based here in Vancouver. His web site is:

http://www.udoerasmus.com

I think they sell enzymes, Omega oils. He has a good following among bodybuilders as well. I just saw his book at a local health store. Why not give it a try, and tell us about it?

Default Udo

I don't know anything about what Udo Erasmus is currently up to, but I used to babysit his kids 25 years ago . . . I had no idea he's turned into a health guru! Though it doesn't surprise me, 'cause even all that time ago he was really down on sugar. Guess he was onto something. For what it's worth, he always struck me as a pretty sincere guy.
