Default raw egg consumption

does anyone on here ever eat their eggs raw at times?

ive been contemplating this if there is any change in benefit to eating them raw... or in cases in shakes with powders, coconut milk or the like...

as i know cooking can change the molecular structure of them. i know they wouldnt be as tasty w/out cooking...

anyway im just wondering about thsi and curious to know HOW a person eats them if they eat them raw at all.
