Yup, mine has yo-yo'd since last spring, but I have kept off most of it. High of 247, and holding around 225. I just keep trying. ANd eventually I find that synergy and the weight drops again. Would like to break 200 this time and will make every effort toward that. But if it doesnt happen, every pound off is a not just a good thing, it is a GREAT thing!!! |
