Default steadyed, new to this forum!

Have practiced low Carb and very low Carb on and off. My latest method is to take a photo of every meal I eat and send it to a diet friend from the VA. My mantra is 3 meals, no snacks and lotsa water. My goal weight is 156 pounds. My present weight is 192 pounds. 36 lbs to go. I am a Nespresso addict, Cappuccino! Trying to find a substitute for the two percent milk I use. I'll get there. I am also in a beginners running club, working my way to a 5K. Starting with a run/walk split of 2 minutes 30 sec RUN and 2 minutes walk. My favorite part of running is when it ends! Steadyed

Welcome Steady Ed,
Most keto diets suggest heavy cream...does that work in the machine? Some people cut it with water to make it more drinkable like milk.
https://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=236482 Take the allowed 3 T cream and add 3T water?
All the best,

Welcome Steady Ed. You will so enjoy the company here. A wealth of support and great info. I’m still browsing around find pertinent and interesting information. Start a journal. I find it helpful to go back and read of my progress. This is a very supportive group. Enjoy
