Amazing that we can stray and go back to gaining weight and not feeling good. Solving that why is top priority for me now! Remembering that why is next priority

Welcome, and all the very best in your search for the why's...perhaps you've found the 'how' here, and the process of implementing it will open the door to understanding the why over time, so that maintenance, when the time comes, is possible. That is what I'm attempting to do. Take care!!

Hello 1fatass (bet my ass was fatter than yours... ) and welcome!

Why's a very good question... but acknowledging you need to change things up is a step in the right direction! You can't change what you don't acknowledge!

Many wonderful, experienced and LC WOE successful people on this site who are more than willing to help and support us as we journey thru LC WOE. If you have any questions, just ask, someone will have an answer!

Wishing you much success on your personal LC WOE journey!

Onward and DOWNWARD!

Jo
