Smile Hello to all! I'm new and on the Fat Flush plan

Greetings everyone! I have been 3 weeks today on the Fat Flush Plan and am very pleased! I am a person who absolutely has had the hardest time losing weight on every other plan and even walking till my feet were blistered! I was chronically ill for a long time and gained about 40-50 pounds during that time, but this plan is working! 14 pounds so far, and after 2 weeks I got much of my former energy back! This is very exciting for me, to actually lose weight! I tried Atkins and South Beach and the elimination diet. I have tried to lose weight for 3 years, and I am 46 years old, so it hasn't been easy to do. I also find the Evening primrose oil helps balance the hormones!
I am doing phase 1 for four weeks instead of 2 because my liver was so worn out from being ill and medications, but now I don't want to go into phase 2 because I am very comfortable with phase one and like that my food choices are limited because then its a no-brainer. I lost most of my cravings within about 10 days so I am OK with the food in phase 1, (I have even watched my husband eat pizza and KFC and cookies in front of me and no problem)but the book says 4 weeks max. for it. Does anyone know why I can't continue with phase one, maybe just adding a slice of ezekial bread per day... ? ALSO..what does anyone do when on the road? I have to travel in about a month or so and know that I can't follow the plan strictly during that week, so any suggestions would help.

You can read about it in the book, FAT FLUSH DIET by Ann Louise Gittleman, or surf the internet and do some research and find the info you need for yourself. There's lots of info out there
