B: coffee w/coffee mate (my emergency stash, wasn't in the mood for black coffee and son used the half and half!)
L: Asparagus, Egg and Bacon Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette (recipe on skinnytaste)
D: tuna zoodle casserole w/crushed fried onions on top
Snack: siggi's plain yogurt w/strawberries and walnuts

I'll be pushing my upper limit of carbs today, I'm guessing around 60g, but keeping it simple and gluten free

B: coffee w/1/2&1/2
L: (sounds weird but..) eggs scrambled in butter w/zucchini, onions and tomatoes
D: Arroz Congri (Cuban Rice and Black Beans) (skinnytaste recipe) topped w/avocado

I usually have 2 cups but it feels like an iced coffee day, so the 2nd will be black
L & D: since DH wants beans and franks for dinner (lol) I will probably just do a salad for me for L&D. I'm thinking tuna, romaine, tomato, peppers, olives and feta, maybe a few garbanzo beans as well.

Approx 25g carbs; less than 10 WW freestyle points, so I'll add some EVOO to the salads to bring that up

L: turkey dip sandwich (turkey breast, mustard, banana peppers on a whole rain roll w/turkey gravy as a dip); sliced cucucmbers

Snacks: Siggi's yogurt w/walnuts; premier protein shake blended w/ice as a treat if I want it later
