I did really well in my mid 20ís ....feel off and have tried everything just clicked that LCHF for me is the only thing that truly makes sense is day 6 and cautiously optimistic

I was where you are now about 3 years ago. Took me 15 months to reach my goal in the end, but the journey was absolutely worth it, and this forum has been wonderfully supportive for as long as I've been here.
