Shelia, good call on the almonds. If they're becoming just habitual eating, that's not good at all and you can live without snacks for sure. Make sure you're eating enough at meals to carry you through, especially as you transition away from snacks. It probably won't take much, just a little extra butter, sour cream, mayo, etc. on top of something.
I'm sitting at the same weight for the third day in a row now. Logically, I know this is a good thing--it's the same, because I had zero re-gain after my last fast. Whoo-hoo! Ditched all the water weight from my vacation plus another pound. Yay! But I want that stupid scale to have a smaller number every single day. Plus, I'm just aching to crack 210. You know how alluring those round number achievements are. Maybe always wanting just a little bit more than I'm achieving is a good motivator.
