Great Dip for veggies
We make this dip every year for Thanksgiving-It is really easy and yummy
1 cup mayo--6 carbs
2 tsp curry powder-or to taste--2 carbs
Mix together and let sit in fridge for about 1 hour.
I use it to dip celery ,radishes, -any veggie
I have even dipped ham or turkey slices in it
Not bad for 8 carbs-lasts me awhile!!
