I am so fortunate to have a primary doctor for more than 20 years who has never made me feel bad about myself. Together we have tried it all with varying degrees of success. He says that low carb is the way to go. I just had a few extra kinks to throw in there to make my situation more complicated. Now that things are working for me, he is my biggest cheer leader. He also make sure that he's not referring anyone to a judgmental, PIA specialist.
