Default 18th June What are you SBers Eating?

Think I am coming down with something...feel really bad so slept in late again!

Brunch: 2 eggs fried in canola spray, sm. slice of leftover turkey breast,
salad greens w/ SB dressing, coffee, water

Snack: 2 sticks string cheese

Dinner: Grilled boneless, very lean tenderloin chops, green beans, sliced
veggies: cucumbers, radishes, bell pepper and tomato, 8 oz. glass
1% milk

I can't really remember what i ate :

Breakfast : leftover bbq steak with mixed veggies and 2 scrambled eggs

Snack : handful of pistachios

Lunch : Banana and SF chocolate and a fudge bar

Supper : rest of my whole wheat rottini with beans, brocolli, spinach and some other veggies I tossed in on Friday

Dessert : Jello and few more pistachios!

I don't really know where the day starts and begins lol. Working nights really does mess with you.
