For Gary Taubes...what happened to this title, the Case for Keto? The interviews with 100 physicians? https://www.amazon.com/Case-Keto-Re...k/dp/B07XXFHP9S

Also, Dr Fung was planning a book on Cancer. He has a lot of irons in the fire.

Same release date... publisher Knopf changed the title, which I personally think is boring. Case for Keto was snappier.

Also Cate Shananhan has a book on this spring list...The Fatburn Fix... using Fat for Fuel. Soon low carbers will run out of titles about Fat.

"Keto" has become a lightning rod for some. I'm guessing they didn't want another keto book book on the market, but I agree that the new title, if accurate, is very boring.

Looking forward to a new book by Cate Shanahan.

So I'm reading the intro to Dr. Cate Shanahan's Deep Nutrition and learned that Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil mayonnaise is a Mark Sisson creation (I get Chosen Foods av. oil mayo now as it's $8.49 to Pri. Kitch's $9.29 at Whole Foods). Interestingly, she got into her WOE to fix her afflictions. Very interesting book so far. Glad I got it.

Thanks Janet!

I LOVE Primal Kitchen stuff! Especially important to me, who has a clear problem with Omega 6 which is rampant in most everything.

Have we ever considered that these doctors have time to write books because their patients have their problems taken care of? Fewer crises, less management: THIS is the game changer.

And the implications for the way doctors are trained and distributed: that will change.

You're welcome, Steve.

And since you like books hot off the press, Wheat Belly has had a its first major revision since 2011. Something like 40% of book has been updated, my copy is on the hold shelf at the library.

Mark Sisson has a new Keto for Life about optimizing longevity, resetting your biological clock... coming out Dec 31.

So many Keto books, so little time.
