Question ? about the protein plan book

Hi,
I purchased the p.p. book today. I just wanted to compare it to the Atkin's book. It seems quite detailed how you have to figure out how much protein to eat. If I weigh 148lbs. right now, and want to (hopefully) be 135lbs.--how much protein should I eat. I really enjoy the book. I still have 1/ 2 of it to read. I would appreciate the input! Thanks!!!

It looks complicated, but it's not once you get started. Unfortunately, without knowing a bunch of your measurements, your body fat percentage and your height, we can't tell what amount of protein the calculations indicate you should be eating.

At tip...there are 2 sets of calculations..one for women, one for men. Make sure you skip over the instructions for men. I didn't see it the first time and couldn't for the life of me figure out what I was trying to calculate with all those extra numbers.
