I want to get the Wave, too, but I'm trying to wait a little bit...until I have the money for it. I'd like to get anyone's input as well. The FIRM is one of my favorites - always has been.
The wave is like you need to do CARDIO exercise to burn some calories and make your heart and lungs stronger.You need STRENGTH exercises , i.e working out with weights or resistance bands to build and tone muscles for a nice shape and more calorie burning.
