Hey
at work i can drink decaf coffee with cream but the question is that the only sweetner they have available is sweetex
is this allowed during first week of OWL

I think from a google search that there are 2 kinds of Sweetex available

Sweetex Saccharin and Sweetex Aspartame.

I found ingredients listed for the first as being

Sweetener (Sodium Saccharin), Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate
That would be 'legal' on Atkins but the other one containing (I assume) aspartame would not.

You need to look at the ingredients list on the label to make sure which one it it.
