Default New to this forum.....

....but not new to LCing. Hello everyone!

I have been lcing off and on since 2004. This time is the LAST time and I know when I put my mind to something, I CAN DO IT!

I have just received and started reading the CAD - and have also ordered the CADLP so that I can see the differences; someone posted here its a muc simpler version of the orignian CAD.

Can I get an AMEN?? Good luck and happy losing!

A couple of my mantras:

NOTHING tastes as good as HEALTHY Feels!

Don't worry, be HAPPY

Every day above ground is a GOOD day!

Thanks and looking forward to meeting everyone!

hi Jerzee-
and welcome! I have always done CALP- it has fewer choices in terms of the plan, and puts more of an emphasis on balancing your carbs/protein/veggies in the RM.
come and post a lot!
