Thumbs up Need a bit of help with this recipe... please Karen

I found this recipe somewhere... not sure where... sorry. I go to many LC recipe sites.

It is for Almond pancakes. I made then for the first time today. The flavor was excellent... just sweet enough, not too sweet. The only problem I had was that they didn't hold together very well. I am a "bad" cook, and I'm not sure if it is me or the recipe. Would adding a bit of egg, or maybe some bake mix help hold this together better? Not sure if I need to add "flour" or liquid... like I said, I'm no baker.

5 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cooking oil
1 pkt splenda
1 splash SF french vanilla syrup
Mix all ingredients. Spray skillet with non-stick spray and heat. Spoon pancakes into pan (about 3) Cook on just under medium heat til one side bubbles. Turn, cook for few minutes til done.

Yep! It definitely needs an egg to hold it together. I would beat the yolk into the mixture, then beat the white until stiff and fold it in for extra fluffy pancakes.
