This recipe is awesome....it is also good cold if you need to take for lunch and can't reheat.
In a casserole dish chop up spagetti squash( quanity depends on how much you want to make)..
Add fresh chopped mushrooms
1 small can crushed tomatoes( or puree your own )
Add your choice of cheese approx 1cup (I have used marble or mozza)
1/4 Cup of butter
bake at 350 for about an hour... Rave reviews from non low carbers
