Default Confusion and a little support

For the last 2 daysIve been doing VLC to reset my focus and priorities...I forgot to weigh until today....156.0 lbs . ..my weight has been whacky since my 2 hospital stays and transfusions. now the leak was stopped ( peptic ulcer) and its been 1 month since my adventure...I was on pepcid and carafate....no idea if they cause gain..10 days after I got out of the hospital I weighed 150.7 today I got the 156...Im unnerved...My sz 6 pants were LOOSE yesterday..my 8s even more so..Im not sure whats going on.. to be honest I feel like crying..I decided Im gonna weigh in weekly as Judy suggests...stay vlc for a week instead of the 5 days I planned....continue walking 3-4 days a week...

Im trying to shake this off...not doing so well..
thanks for ltetting me vent

OK, you have health issues going on here so excuse me if I forget which ones you don't want to be public about but I need to say this.

You are very anemic...and constipated....IMO, going VLC at this juncture is not your best bet in my opinion.
I'd be looking to eat some veggies and drop down on the cheese as it is constipating as is eating too much whole flax seeds ( and ground flax muffins)and not drinking enough water.

Getting your body healthy should be your first priority right now.

Im no longer anemic....I forgot to add that..once the leak was plugged my iron stayed good....the drugs are to continue to heal the ulcer....Im unfortunately not constipated..they were using the flax to help plug that end...( loose not the runs)..but you are right since doing VLC Ive been plugged ( I think...I thought it was because there was so little fiber going thru) Im dumping the iced decaf tea...for water because you may be right abt the need for more water..I live in the desert and we just got to the beginning of the "h*ll season"

Ive never done vlc and maybe doing it now isnt my best decision...

I go for another check up in 2 weeks....I may wait until then to decide if vlc for a week is a good idea....for me it isnt sustainable as a lifestyle....I love veggies and especially salad..
but for a week to re=establish my baseline...I maybe willing to try..thanks Judy....you are a sane voice in the chaos
