Good, informative video, Nancy. I typically eat berries mixed with Greek yogurt, and it's good to know it can stimulate GLP-1. Interesting how I wouldn't touch any fruit when I first started low carb, but I've found that berries don't impact me the way other fruit does. Now I know why. So after watching the video, I now have an excuse to eat sushi: make sure it's wrapped with seaweed, and eat it very slowly . . .

I gave up all fruits years ago except for berries plus I put seaweed flakes in my daily salad. Nice to know that I'm doing some things right.
