I made my mini goal over 1 month ahead of schedual.

I can't believe I am only 15 pounds away from my goal of 135. I am so excited.

Stall busting tips: for those folks who are in a stall, I HIGHLY recommend increasing exercise. I was losing slowly until I started adding some treadmill activity. I find when I exercise I eat less and burn more energy. Another thing that helped was drinking green tea, I really do believe in the thermogenetic properties of it since I seem to lose faster when drinking it (as well as experiencing warmth all day, even though I drank the thing cold ).

WTG! I would love to hit 150 as it is my goal - how much/how often do you exercise - I have recently started again and am doing 35 minutes on the exercise twice a week at home and 45 minutes on the bike or treadmill at the rec enter once a week. I've gained 3lbs since starting =(...I can rationalize it with the muscle vs fat theory...
