I made my mini goal over 1 month ahead of schedual.
I can't believe I am only 15 pounds away from my goal of 135. I am so excited.
Stall busting tips: for those folks who are in a stall, I HIGHLY recommend increasing exercise. I was losing slowly until I started adding some treadmill activity. I find when I exercise I eat less and burn more energy. Another thing that helped was drinking green tea, I really do believe in the thermogenetic properties of it since I seem to lose faster when drinking it (as well as experiencing warmth all day, even though I drank the thing cold ).
