I lowcarb as a healthy lifestyle, but I no longer lose weight (and I have a lot of weight to lose), so I use HCG to reduce. Does anyone else do that? Just curious if I'm alone or if there are more of us out there...
I've tried HCG in the past, but I didn't lose very much and regained just like I have with most "diet" plans. 500 cals a day is torture if you are sticking to the suggested diet plan for most HCG protocols. I'm much happier with low carb and have lost more weight eating high fat than I have with any other thing I've ever tried.
