The more I read about omega 6 vegetable oils and how bad they are for you with respect to chronic diseases the more I want to avoid eating out. Especially because I don't know what kind of oil they are using, and assume the worst, since it's cheaper.

Do you know what country Crown Prince oysters are from?

This is the same brand I found at the store the other day.
Crown Prince smoked oysters in cotton seed oil, made in China.
The web-site only shows this one, nothing with olive oil.

Crown Prince Naturally Smoked Oysters in olive oil; product of S. Korea from managed fisheries, non GMO verified, especially produced for the natural product industry. I buy them from TJ's, but just looked at Amazon, and they have them too.

For that reason and many others we no longer eat out -- except for CHinese!! Probably the worst of the worse.
