This study was just brought to my attention last night by a friend - as I took a sip of my caffeine free diet coke! He was trying to convince me that it would stall my weight loss. Except that I dropped three pounds since Monday. And I've had a lot of CFDC since then.

Someone else pointed out to me that ... the sugary stuff is worse for me (personally) than the CFDC.

That said, I alternate with water. I'm limited in house much water I can drink because it causes severe muscle cramps unless I eat straight salt. A lot of salt. Not that salt is bad but ... it's pretty ... salty!
