Default Cravings, More Protein?

I have been wondering about these cravings I am having. I have them after my reward meal and dont have them when I wake up in the morning. I dont eat my CMs which have lots of protien. So I am wondering if this may be the cause of my cravings? Also, I dont like having veges at my CMs so can I replace them with protein? Thanks...

Benny, I know you haven't been on the plan very long. You have to get through the cravings by eating what the CAD book says... you can have two CM's from the list of foods and then your RM. Make sure you eat your CMs as this could be a reason you are craving. Make sure you eat enough and drink lots of water... if you stick to this your cravings should stop after two or three days. Keep your book with you and keep refering back to it.... my poor copy is in tatters but I am still rereading it all the time.

Hi Benny,

Why don't you tell us what you have been eating. Write out what you had for the day, for your 2 CM's and also for your RM. This might help to answer your question as to why you might be having cravings after your RM. Put everything that you put into your mouth, including fluids. Don't leave anything out.. Sometimes it is easy for others to notice something that you should not be eating, even when you think you are running a clean program.

As for the question about protein at your CM's? I am a little confused. Are you eating CM's now and do they include protein?

Give us a little more info and I am sure one of us can help you.
