I got the dvd in the mail Friday, so I just watched it thru & didn't try to do the positions yet. I HOPE to try it tonight. I'm pretty tired out from the weekend and my body aches everywhere. I wish they had certified instructors in more places. I'd just like to have someone available to check that I'm getting the positions right. I've been trying to think of a friend that might like to do it with me; but I can't come up with a single idea of someone. Well, I'll check in tomorrow and let you know what happens.

Hi cats, it does take time to get the positions perfect, just take your time, do what you can, it will happen.
I understand the body aches, I do other exercises, that sometimes do not lead to me wanting to do callanetics on a regular bases, I do plan on getting back to it this week though. I will be interested to see what you think of them.

Too tired to do anything but lay around last night. Not feeling much ambition right now either. Don't know what's wrong with me. I'm back on all my meds, but still just have the blahs. I hope this dvd isn't just another one ordered, but never used.

No,
It's back to callanetics for the both of us girl.

Gotta love Princess, and thank the heavens that I have found an exercise program that actually works for me.

Off to dust off my gym log and post my session,

Scotiagirl

Back on track again, did the AM video, which is essentially the 10/10 video only you do 75 reps instead of 100 and you don't do some of the stretches or the pelvic 2, other than that it is a much faster pace and has no "fillers" with explanations of exercises while you do them instead of explaining some of them and then starting to count.

It feels so good to have started again.

So it is now Oct. 12 almost two months from my last posting here, I thought it was only a month but I was obviously kidding myself. I am planning on starting my routine tomorrow. I will be back then to post my times or sneak in to say I haven't. One way or the other I will be posting here everyday from now on. I have to be honest with myself again.

It's great that you're exercising again!

I've really started to love the feeling that comes with regular exercise - shocking, I know

I think I'm even slightly addicted to the next morning soreness!!!

It just feels so great knowing that I'm doing something good for my body

I did my exercises, and I am proud that I did. Yah me. LOL

I have started with the 20 minute P.M. video, it has 150 reps instead of the 400 that the 10/10 has, tomorrow I will do the A.M. and alternate, maybe 3 days of each, that will get me to through this week.

Next week I will start the 10/10 and plan on doing them Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. That is the plan
