I was Low Carbing and exercising almost everyday from May until Aug/Sept. I lost about 50 lbs and alot of inches!!! I have gained most back. I won't even get on a scales to see how much. Now, that I have been off, it was easy!

I started back on 12/13 and I am going to be faithful!!!! I need to go weigh!

So sorry to hear that you have gained your weight back and in such a short time! That must be very upsetting. I know that it has been for me since I have gained 10 to 15ofthe 50 poundsI lost since I gave up smoking the end of June. AAnd now I have lost 2 more. I am working hard at it. What plan were you on? You sound very determined and I wish you the very best.

Hi LadyCruise,

Sounds like you have a dream job, any openings?

I think we all get off-track once in a while, and the best way to deal with it to get back on with determination, as you did. I used to feel angry and/or guilty which usually slows me down from getting back on track.
