I've updated my story with a few new items from my journal. It's getting a bit too long now, so I will have to edit it someday, but for now this will have to do...

God bless!

this is thee most inspirational story i've seen yet...i even love the fact that you eat the same meal because i want to but something's or someone's always saying that it's wrong...however, it would keep me from getting confused...i mean, even if i switched meals every week rather than everyday, it would make things a whole lot better.

may you continue to be blessed! you have changed my life.

Hi Dean...I've been having a pretty rough time trying to get this weight to move. My thyroid's been messed up and new meds. Anyway....I had picked up around 20 pounds. Depressing...so, I've started again, watching everything that I eat. I needed a little inspiration so I came here. It always makes me smile to see how well you are doing. I've lost 4 pounds since yesterday..the weight is moving finally.....I'm hanging in ...I keep watching you. thanks for being here.

Thank you for sharing your story in such detail. I read the whole thing to my husband and I do have the Suzanne Somers books. We just joined the Y and I'm hoping we can both turn our lives around AND be good examples to our kids. I'm currently doing the zone, as per my doctor's recommendation (for my insulin resistance), but he also likes Suzanne's diet, as well. I also use Fitday nearly every day - - I just really appreciate that you took the time to share your journey in such detail. Thank you!
