You could have a number of reasons for this-
1. are you going through menopause? this can make weight loss much more difficult/slower.
2. are you eating same amounts as when you did low carb but were 12 years younger? Your energy needs decrease with age.
3. can you post a sample menu for a couple of days? maybe you are something that can be a staller for some people.
4. you might heard of the golden shot theory- that after does low carb, goes off, gains weight, returns- the person will never as quickly as the first time.
From what i have seen, this seems to some folks, but not all.....
also, keep a food journal!!!! it is such an enlightening tool to keep you focused, honest, and avoiding carb creep.
